Esther holds a Master Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resources. She worked for 8 years as a HR Consultant in Career Development for an international consultancy company. Her yachting career kicked off in 2006 when joining The Crew Network (Fraser Yachts) as a junior Crew agent and took the lead for 18 months in 2012. Esther joined Hill Robinson in August 2013 and is responsible for the crew recruitment of various yachts in our fleet.
