Niall has been involved in professional yacht management since 1997, co-ordinating the building, operation and refit of some of the world’s finest yachts. He began his career in professional yachting in 1985, working on yachts such as Invader & Creole. |

Heather Sena Finance Director |
Heather is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant. She has had many years of relevant finance experience in a variety of companies during her career, from small owner-run through to large multi-nationals. |

Ian Lubcke Operations Director |
Ian offers a varied international experience working closely with Yacht Owners. Starting in 1989, Ian spent 10 years on board prior to moving ashore to manage various Family Office operations both in Europe and in the States. |

Michael began his career in 1982 working as a Naval Architect and charter Captain. From 1992, he ran the Yacht Management division of Fraser Yachts, one of the world’s largest Yacht Brokers, before joining Hill Robinson US as President. |
