This position involves assisting our fleet of yachts with all aspects of Shore Support, Financial Administration, Crew Selection, Recruitment and Administration, ISM, Safety and Security and as well as maintaining fleet yacht files.

The successful candidate must have gained at least 5 years’ experience and knowledge working within the Superyacht industry and be familiar with the ISM & ISPS code. Strong administration skills are essential and ideally the candidate will already have worked in a similar position. Excellent communication skills are required to liaise confidently and professionally with clients, captains, crew and colleagues.

This is a full time, permanent position with shore-based salary appropriate to qualifications and experience.
Good IT skills required, MS Office & Outlook.
Both English and French languages are preferred, with other languages a plus.
